Château Loirac

The property was founded in 1987. That same year, the first vines were planted in the town of Jau Dignac and Loirac.

Médoc - Red

Since then, the founders are committed to improving and equipping the production site to the Château Loirac a friendly and conducive to the development of a great wine. Château Loirac is classified Cru Bourgeois over 2009.The vineyard spreads over 12 hectares on a sandy-gravel soil. Aged fifteen years, it is composed of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The harvest is mechanical with successive selections. The wine is vinified in stainless vats with temperature control. The wine is aged in barrels of French and American oak for 12-15 months.

 

This wine has a beautiful garnet intense color, the nose reveals a complex bouquet. On the palate, the wine is well built and succulent with a good length.
