The grapes are harvested at full maturity and vinified in thermo regulated stainless steel vats. Following up with a long alcoholic maceration and fermentation during 30 days and the wine is then barrels aged in  50% new French oak.

Chateau Poitevin has a deep purple colour. The aromas on the nose are intensely complexed showing a great balance between fresh berry fruits and spices notes. The palate is mouthful, delicate yet but with ripe tannins and nicely integrated wood aromas. The final is very aromatic, balanced and long lasting.
